RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At Clinic Platina, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every treatment, service, and product you receive from us. Please review our Returns and Refund Policy outlined below:

1. Returns for Services:

  • We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment for a treatment or service. We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice prior to your scheduled appointment time to avoid cancellation fees.

  • If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact our clinic at hello@clinicplatina.com as soon as possible to make arrangements.

2. Returns for Products:

  • We accept returns of skincare products within 28 days from the date of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, skincare products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@clinicplatina.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • Please ensure that the RMA number is clearly marked on the package to facilitate processing.

3. Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable for product returns, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Exchanges:

  • We do not offer exchanges for skincare products. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item separately.

5. Damaged or Defective Products:

  • In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the nature of the issue.

6. Exceptions:

  • Certain products and services may not be eligible for return or refund due to hygiene reasons, regulatory restrictions, or the nature of the service provided. These products and services will be clearly marked as non-returnable on our website or discussed with you during your consultation.
