By accessing or using any of the services or products provided by Clinic Platina, you agree to abide by and comply with these Terms and Conditions. 1. SERVICES OFFERED

1.2. All services are subject to availability, and the Clinic reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.
2. CONSULTATION AND CONSENT
2.1. Prior to receiving any treatment, clients are required to undergo a consultation with a qualified healthcare provider or licensed practitioner to discuss treatment options, potential risks, and expected outcomes.
2.2. Clients must provide informed consent for any procedure, acknowledging their understanding of the risks, benefits, and potential complications.
3. PAYMENT AND FEES
3.1. Payment for services must be made in full at the time of treatment or as otherwise specified by the Clinic.
3.2. The Clinic reserves the right to modify prices and fees without prior notice. Any ongoing treatments may be subject to price adjustments.
3.3. A deposit fee may be required to secure an appointment booking. This fee is non-refundable and may contribute towards the consultation and/or treatment fee.
4. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING
4.1. Clients are required to provide at least 48 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the forfeiture of any deposit paid.
5. CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY
5.1. The Clinic will maintain the confidentiality of all client records and information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Refer to our Privacy & Cookies Policy for further information.
5.2. Clients are responsible for providing accurate personal and medical information to the Clinic. The clinic cannot be held accountable for false or misleading information provided by the client.
6. MEDICAL HISTORY AND ELIGIBILITY
6.1. Clients must disclose their complete medical history, including any allergies, medical conditions, medications, and previous treatments.
6.2. The Clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment to clients who are not suitable candidates for a particular procedure based on their medical history or other factors.
7. RESULTS AND EXPECTATIONS
7.1. Results of aesthetic procedures may vary among individuals, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Individual results may vary due to various factors, and no refunds will be offered if results fail to meet expectations.
8. AFTERCARE AND FOLLOW-UP
8.1. Clients are responsible for following post-treatment instructions provided by the Clinic for proper aftercare and to achieve the best results. Routine review appointments may be offered after treatment as a courtesy.
8.2 A single anti-wrinkle injection top up will be offered after 2-3 weeks from initial treatment at no cost. Failure to attend will result in forfeiture of this benefit and no further complimentary top up will be offered.
9. RISKS AND COMPLICATIONS
9.1. Clients acknowledge that all medical procedures, including aesthetic treatments, carry inherent risks and potential complications.
10. TERMINATION OF SERVICES
10.1. The Clinic reserves the right to terminate services to any client at any time for any reason, including non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
11. GOVERNING LAW
11.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom
12. AMENDMENTS
12.1. The Clinic reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, and by using this Website you are expected to review such Terms on a regular basis to ensure you understand all terms and conditions governing the use of this Website at any time.
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
13.1. Clinic Platina owns all rights to the intellectual property, content and material contained in this Website, and all such rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited licence only, subject to the restrictions provided in these Terms, for purposes of viewing the material contained on this Website.
